Premium Chocolate Fruitcake

Who doesn’t appreciate an after dinner smorgasboard of chocolates and fruits? So we thought, why not put them together! Here it is, our premium fruitcake using European cocoa powder, select fruits such as apricots, currants, cranberries and figs, and real rum!

Cranberry Christmas Ring

Made with pure French butter (no less!), studded with cranberry bits on the inside and laced with lemon icing on the outside, this gorgeous pound cake has very fine texture and flavour. A sure crowd pleaser.
